Gregg Hamill has over thirty-five years of experience in the development, leasing and operation of commercial real estate. He began as a project leasing agent for Industrial Properties Corporation, one of Texas' oldest privately held developers, and he went on to develop and lease millions of square feet of industrial space. GE Capital acquired IPC in 2007, and during that time Gregg operated over 6 million square feet of industrial space across the country from Atlanta, Georgia to Portland, Oregon. Gregg holds a Texas real estate broker license (license #321745) and is professionally affiliated the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has also served various community and business organizations including: United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Stemmons Corridor Business Association (past Chairman), Trinity Commons Foundation (past Treasurer), Dallas Police Department's Citizen Advisory Committee - NW Division and The Real Estate Council. Gregg is also a deacon at Park Cities Presbyterian Church, Dallas.
